Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon “Pinwheels”

Ingredients: 
2 – 4.5 oz packages Morey’s Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, flaked
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
8 oz reduced fat sour cream
4 oz chopped black olives
4 oz green chilies (optional)
1 tsp chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
A few shakes of Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 package 10” flour tortillas
Instructions: 

Mix the first eight ingredients together. Spread the mixture thinly over open tortillas. Roll the tortilla up and refrigerate for two hours or until ready to serve. When ready to serve, cut tortillas into bite sized portions. Recipe fills approximately 5-7 tortillas.
