
Tilapia with Bok Choy
Tilapia with Bok Choy combines the sweet heat of Morey’s Sweet Chili Tilapia with seared bok choy, creating a perfectly balanced, flavorful dish. The fresh blend orange zest and juice adds a bright citrusy touch, while sesame seeds bring a delightful crunch. Served with fluffy white rice and garnished with fresh orange slices, it’s a quick and vibrant meal that’s both satisfying and healthy.

Preparation Instructions
1. Bake thawed tilapia filets in a 375 degree oven according to package directions, about 15-18 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Sear bok choy halves on both sides till browned and slightly wilted, about 4-5 minutes total. Drizzle fresh orange juice and soy sauce over and remove from heat.
3. To serve, divide rice between two bowls. Set 2 bok choy halves next to rice and top with orange zest and sesame seeds. Place tilapia in the center of the bowl. Garnish with fresh orange slices.

- 2 medium bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
- Zest and juice from one medium orange
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ⅔ cup cooked white rice
- Black and white sesame Seeds
- Fresh orange slices, for garnish
