How to Make

1. Bake thawed salmon filets in a 375 degree oven according to package directions, about 15-18 minutes. Allow salmon to cool.

2. In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Spread avocado mixture on bread and top with cucumber slices.

4. Place cooled salmon on top of avocado and cucumbers.

5. Top with pickled red onion, arugula, capers, everything bagel seasoning and goat cheese if desired.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 filets total) of Morey’s Seasoned Wild Salmon
  • 4 small slices of seeded bread, or 2 large slices
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ persian cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon pickled red onion
  • Arugula, for garnish
  • Capers, for garnish
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Goat Cheese, optional
