Salmon Green Bean Almondine
With Atlantic Salmon Seasoned Grill
With fragrant toasted almonds and a hint of lemon, this take on a classic French dish pairs salmon and green beans for a quick and easy meal that you can serve for both weeknight and special occasion dinners.

Preparation Instructions
1. Separate fillets from marinade; set aside. In large nonstick skillet set over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Arrange fillets skin side down in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip salmon. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and instead-read thermometer registers 145°F when inserted into thickest part of salmon. Transfer to plate (reserve skillet). Sprinkle with 2 tbsp toasted almonds.
2. In the same skillet, cook shallot and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes or until starting to soften. Add green beans and reserved salmon marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until green beans are heated through. Add remaining butter, remaining almonds and lemon juice, and toss to combine until butter is melted.
3. Serve salmon with green beans and lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley.
Tips
Alternatively, cook Morey’s Atlantic Salmon Seasoned Grill according to package directions. Then cook green beans as recipe instructions above.
To blanch green beans, cook in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender. Drain well.

- 1/3 cup butter, divided
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted and divided
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and blanched
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 lemon wedges, for serving
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
