How to Make

1. Bake thawed tilapia filets in a 375 degree oven according to package directions, about 15-18 minutes. 

2. Heat sesame oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Sear bok choy halves on both sides till browned and slightly wilted, about 4-5 minutes total. Drizzle fresh orange juice and soy sauce over and remove from heat.

3. To serve, divide rice between two bowls. Set 2 bok choy halves next to rice and top with orange zest and sesame seeds. Place tilapia in the center of the bowl. Garnish with fresh orange slices.

  • 1 pack (2 filets total) of Morey’s Sweet Chili Tilapia

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 medium bok choy, cut in half lengthwise

  • Zest and juice from one medium orange

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • ⅔ cup cooked white rice

  • Black and white sesame Seeds

  • Fresh orange slices, for garnish
