Preparation Instructions

COOK FISH: Cook Morey’s Wild Cod Butter & Herb according to package directions of your choice (we used the baking method).

MAKE BANG BANG SAUCE: While the fish is cooking, make the Bang Bang Sauce.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, chili-garlic sauce, honey, juice of 1/2 lime, and Sriracha.

TO SERVE: Spread the bottom of each sandwich bun with Bang Bang sauce. Top with purple cabbage. Place a cod fillet onto the purple cabbage and spoon a bit of the Bang Bang Sauce over.

Squeeze juice from remaining lime half over. Garnish with cilantro sprigs. Finish by placing top sandwich bun on top.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 lime, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. Sriracha
  • 2 brioche sandwich buns, toasted if desired
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
  • Cilantro sprigs for garnish
