Preparation Instructions
PREP FISH: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove fillets from pouch and place in a single layer, not touching, with flat side down, on a foil-lined baking pan with sides. Add cherry tomatoes, thyme, and capers. Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic salt. Place baking pan on middle rack of oven.
BAKE: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until fish is opaque and tomatoes are softened.
SERVE: Sprinkle with feta and serve.

- 2 fillets Morey's Wild Flounder Garlic & Herb, thawed
- 1 package small tomatoes, such as Campari, cut in half
- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, optional
