Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place green onions on a sheet tray with 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare salmon according to package directions and cook in the oven while the green onions are roasting.

To prepare the noodles, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Scoop out ¼ cup of pasta water and reserve.

In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, remaining sesame oil, honey and hot water. Toss the noodles and the sauce together.

Divide the noodles between two bowls. Top each bowl with a salmon filet and drizzle Mike’s Hot Honey to the fish. Place cooked green onions and snap peas beside fish. Serve with a lime wedge, peanuts and black sesame seeds.
