Creamy Citrus Cod Spread
Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious, this fresh and zesty spread comes together in a pinch and is perfect for entertaining.
PREPARE CROSTINI: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden and toasted.
COOK FISH: Meanwhile, cook Morey’s Wild Cod Butter and Herb Fillets according to package directions using the baking method. Let cool slightly.
PREPARE SPREAD: In food processor, combine cod, remaining olive oil, garlic, cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth. Stir in thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
TO SERVE: Transfer mixture into piping bag fitted with desired tip. Pipe mixture evenly onto toasted baguette slices. Top with thinly sliced radishes and sprinkle with chives.
PRO TIP: For a fancier presentation, substitute frisée lettuce or pea shoots for the radishes and chives, if desired.

- 1/2 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
